Shane was very informative on the phone and went over pricing even though I didn't know where my event ended. Axl let me know before he got to my house, and I was able to put my dogs up and when he came out he went over the process before he began. After it was done, he provided me with before and after pictures. Billing was also easy and I was able to do it online. My favorite was they were veteran owned business. I was so happy with the dryer vent cleaning and pricing that I booked them to clean my HVAC system.

He contacted me before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional. He explained what he was going to be doing before he started & what he found afterwards. Axl also cleaned up after himself which I greatly appreciated. The owners, Jason & Shane were great to work with as well. Shane contacted me quickly to book my appointment & Jason made sure to follow-up after Axl completed the job. Didn't take long at all, was very friendly and was honest in terms of advising us on upkeep and their services. I feel a lot better knowing everything has been cleaned out.
